Bring Grandma and/or Grandpa to the Observatory for the program: Hubble's Universe.
Grandma or Grandpa will receive free admission when accompanied by a paying child. (Limit one free admission
per paying child.) The Hubble Space Telescope has been in orbit for 19 years. Join us as we
review some of the telescope's amazing discoveries as we use the Observatory's
16-inch telescope to look at Saturn (through the end of July), clouds of interstellar gas, clusters of
stars, a spiral galaxy and a star with planets orbiting it.
The Lake Afton Public Observatory is open to the public every Friday and Saturday evening from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. during the month of September. Admission: |
